smarTravel intends to develop an integrated digital ecosystem in the concept of smart cities with a view to improving all phases that involve the tourist experience, considering, among others, the individuality of the user, current offers, weather conditions and traffic flows, in a way that create highly personalized and optimized travel recommendations.

Digital Identification Platform with integration of biometrics, artificial intelligence and blockchain, interoperable with third-party tourist services and sharing of preference with two users in a safe way.
Platform of personalized recommendations suggested by AI encompassing all the phases of the tourist process, considering the individuality and preferences of the user and the current offers of accommodation, flights, trips and local attractions.
Intelligent multimodal conversational agent (text and voice) capable of ascertaining contexts and emotions, accepting multiple requests, and incomplete requests, tolerant to gíria and errors in conversation.
